                  No Changes Allowed

         Tickets are Assigned by JazzTrax
                  2 tickets Friday Night (G.A. Seating)
                  2 tickets All Day Saturday (Assigned Seats)
                  2 tickets All Day Sunday (Assigned Seats)

         Tickets and Room are Non Transferable
         Must be used by Winner and on the festival weekend 2011
         Once 4th night is chosen, either Thursday or Monday
         Changes can only be made IF Hotel can accommodate

         Winner must provide their own transportation to Big Bear

         By accepting Winner’s Package Winner accepts All Responsibility and Liabilities
         while getting to Big Bear, while staying in Big Bear, while attending
         JazzTrax Festival

         If all 5 Friend’s e-mails are not current e-mail addresses
         The entry will be disqualified and A 2nd winner will be drawn

         If tickets have already been purchased in Winner’s Name
         Upon winning these tickets, the Winner’s original 1 or 2 ticket purchase
         will be refunded
