Contest Concludes Last Day of July. Winning Entry will be Randomly Drawn from All Valid Entries On August 1st. Winner will be notified by the e-mail address they have provided. Should winner have already purchased October 2011 JazzTrax Festival Tickets they will be offered reimbursement to the amount of winning tickets.

To Qualify

• Must list 3 Non-Family Friend’s E-Mail Addresses after yours

• Your E-Mail Address and All 3 of your listed Friend’s E-Mail Addresses must be Current

Use of Winning Package

• Boat Tickets once Set-Up by JazzTrax with Catalina Express will not be Altered or Changed by JazzTrax.   Any changes to Boat Tickets Must be done by Winner who is responsible for any additional Costs those changes incur.  See Boat Schedule at www.JazzTrax.com.

• Festival Tickets are for 5 Weekend 1 Sessions in Avalon Ballroom. Friday through Sunday Night, Oct. 7, 8, 9, 2011.   Cannot be used on any other festival weekend.  Thursday Night Unplugged at Descanso Beach is not included but winner may purchase separately.  Tickets are for assigned Seats provided by JazzTrax.   Winner can at their choice PAY to upgrade their tickets having to pay only the difference in upgraded value.

• Hotel Accomodations are for Seaport Village Inn only and for Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, Oct. 7, 8, 9.   Winner can use fewer nights but cannot change to other dates.   Hotel will ask for credit card For extra personal charges beyond room and for damage deposit.  Winner is responsible for ALL additional charges beyond room rent cost.  Winner is responsible for any damages incurred during stay.
Ask Seaport Village about shuttle service from boat to hotel.

• Winner’s package is non-transferable.
• Package cannot be transferred to another party.
• Package is for Winner and their Guest.

One pair of Weekend Ballroom Festival Tickets, and 3 Nights accommodation at Seaport Village Inn.  

• Seaport Village Inn assigns room.    Winner can ask to pay for any Desired upgrade.   Seaport Village Inn is not required to provide anything more than the 3 night room they are holding for winner.
